Hi friend!
Using this exercise to identify my top 5 values has helped me become better at deciding when to quit things. This exercise based on this video I posted on youtube on why it's bad to be a strong person.
Knowing my top 5 values has been life-changing for me because, whenever I’m faced with a tough decision, such as whether or not to quit something, I can compare the decision against my values and ask myself: is it more in line with my values to stay or to quit?
Using my values to guide my decision-making has made me a lot more confident in my decisions and has helped me to where I want to be in life.
